I normally use my miles, however, I currently have quite a few miles from CC's that I don't normally fly with and/or use due to prices right now. I was nervous as can be, have to give them account info of course to my Alaskan account, but they verified me, called me from a number I can verify with Google, explained things to me, and paid me via PayPal in like 5 minutes after they agreed to purchase the miles. The only thing they ask is that you don't change the password until the flights have been completed which is fine. So far very impressed.
