What Virgin Points are best for

Upper Class, the Virgin Atlantic business class, between London and the United States is the classic use. Virgin Points also book partners: Delta One across the Atlantic, Air France and KLM through Paris and Amsterdam, and ANA first and business class to Tokyo, one of the most sought-after partner awards.

Routes buyers book most

London to New York, Boston, Los Angeles and Miami in Upper Class, Delta flights within the United States, and ANA from the United States or London to Tokyo are frequent bookings.

Tips for booking

Virgin Atlantic offers reward seats at more than one level, and Saver seats need the fewest points. Flights leaving London carry taxes and charges paid in cash, so some buyers start their trip in the United States. Having points ready lets you book when Saver seats open.
