Quotes and contact forms: your name, email, phone number, the program, how many miles or points, and your message.
Selling: what we need to get into your account and transfer the points. That is your member number and login, and, depending on the program, your date of birth, address, security answers, the email linked to the account, or card details the program needs (such as card number, expiry, security code or PIN). We also collect how you want to be paid (PayPal email, eCheck email or bank details).
Buying: your name, email, phone, country, and the member number the miles go to. Card payments are handled by Authorize.Net. We keep only the last 4 digits, billing ZIP and country, never the full card number or security code.
Files you upload when we ask for more details.
WhatsApp: your number and messages, if you message us or tick the WhatsApp box. Reply STOP anytime.
Portal sign-in: your email and a one-time code we email you. There are no passwords.
Reviews: your name, rating and text.
Automatically: IP address and browser details in our server logs and spam checks.
Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect forms.
Cloudflare Turnstile on our forms blocks spam bots.
Google Analytics shows us how the site is used. You can opt out with Google's opt-out add-on.
Your quote is carried between buy steps in your browser tab and cleared when the tab closes.
To give quotes, complete your sale or purchase, pay you or deliver your miles, send invoices and receipts, answer you, prevent fraud, and keep the records tax law requires. If you opted in, we also send WhatsApp updates. We do not sell your personal information.
Only the companies that run parts of the service: Authorize.Net (card payments), PayPal and our banks (payouts), Google (email and analytics), Meta (WhatsApp), Cloudflare (spam protection) and our hosting provider. We also share with the airline or program when that is needed for a transfer, our accountants, and anyone the law requires.
Account logins and card details are stored encrypted, and only authorized staff can access them.
We keep account login details on file for our records and to complete and support transactions. We keep transaction records as long as tax and accounting rules require.
