I recently attempted to sell my 200k skymiles, and didn’t receive a response until 72hrs later via email telling me they couldn’t verify my account. I called and asked why because they literally had everything plus my birthday. The person on the phone told me “They don’t tell you why they cannot verify your account.” It would be helpful if they actually communicated any issues. I was just happy my information wasn’t stolen as of yet.
